How do we do it? Food sensitivity testing is done using the patented Mediator Release Test (MRT) 
which is an accurate “end-point” test. It indirectly measures mediator release through precise measurement of changes to liquid/solids ratio of a blood sample after whole blood has been incubated with an individual food, additive, or chemical. It is the most accurate and the most comprehensive test available for determining food sensitivities and has helped thousands of people identify their triggers and put and end to their suffering.
Your MRT test results are presented to you in a graphic format showing low reactive, moderately reactive, and highly reactive foods (120) and chemicals/additives (30). Then your dietitian will assist you in implementing your personalized “immunocalm” diet.

Steps involved in process: 
- Blood draw for MRT to be done at a nearby facility then shipped via FedEx overnight to Signet Diagnostics.
- MRT results and comprehensive diet guidelines are delivered via FedEx.
- Follow-up nutrition counseling sessions in office or by phone (review of results and guidelines, meal and menu planning, grocery shopping, eating out) are strongly encouraged for an additional fee.
