WORKING WITH A FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONER
Aarti is a IFM certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She uses functional medicine help you find answers to the cause of your illness and the nutritional and biochemical imbalances that may be making you feel ill. Functional medicine is personalized medicine that deals with root cause of disease instead of just treating symptoms.
Aarti will search for underlying triggers that are contributing to your illness through cutting edge lab testing and tailor the intervention to your specific needs as an individual. She may use diet, supplements, or lifestyle changes to manage your illness but will seek the gentlest way to help your body restore balance.
She seeks to promote wellness and create hope, health and healing by working with you! Aarti moved to Novi, Michigan in 2007. She is accepting new patients at this time.
Aarti is a Registered Dietician Nutritionist and has been in practice since 1997. She founded Nutrition and Wellness Consulting in Novi, MI in 2010 and now has expanded her locations to Ann Arbor and Royal Oak, Michigan. She also has a virtual online practice that allows her to help individuals all across the globe.
Aarti completed her Masters in Nutrition from Mumbai, India and received her dietetics degree from Wayne State University.
