Acid Reflux, IBS – alternating diarrhea and constipation, SIBO Nausea and Difficulty with Sleep

When I came to Aarti, I was probably at my lowest point. I was extremely frustrated and confused because I had been seeing another holistic doctor who had done testing and placed me on a VERY strict elimination diet plan for OVER A YEAR, prior. In total, I had seen maybe 5 doctors, who could not explain or treat my symptoms of constant nausea (which was so bad I would sometimes get light-headed), reflux and heartburn-like symptoms (to the point that I couldn’t lay flat to sleep at night), constipation, diarrhea, etc. EVERYTHING I ATE MADE ME SICK! They just chalked it all up to IBS and wrote me prescriptions for things I did not even have, then sent me on my way! Even after working with the previous holistic doctor for over a year, I was not getting much better and they didn’t understand why or even know what to do with me. My previous holistic doctor is actually the one referred me to Aarti.

The first step in healing with Aarti was to have some tests ran. Upon receiving back all test results for food intolerances/reactions and a nutritional evaluation, we created goals and a timeline of how to reach these goals by implementing a step by step process/diet plan that also included nutrient and mineral supplementation, stress-removal, meditation, etc.

The most significant change has been me FINALLY STARTING TO GET MY LIFE BACK. I’ve done my research over the years of suffering from these mysterious symptoms and a seemingly unknown illness, and I have NEVER seen or read about anyone in a worst condition than me. If there were some, I don’t remember seeing those stories. (I eventually found out that I was struggling with Leaky Gut and later SIBO) It was a very rough and dark place to be in, when you suffer from issues that no one can give you a cure or explanation for.

After going through the process, my food list has expanded and become less strict (I finally have many of the foods I love back in rotation), my skin is clearer (this was an unexpected bonus), my MIND is clearer, I can sleep while lying in a FLAT horizontal position again, and my life has found some kind of normalcy again!

This has been a LONG road. I still have a little way to go, but I can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel…I see a finish line.

I’m 10 times better than I was. Seriously. I feel better than I have in YEARS and I am so close to having ALL of this behind me, once and for all!  THANK GOD! It has been such a LONG road…but I’m better. SO much better.

I would recommend Aarti to absolutely ANYONE with a health concern/need…for ANY health issue, honestly. In fact, I already have.
